Arctic Museum in Rovaniemi

I went to the Arctic Museum a bit late. We first went to a shown of the lights of the arctic, then we went to an ice cave that was cold and we were allowed to touch an ice column. We also went upstairs and watched another show about the Northern Lights in the sky, which was projected on the roof, so we had to lay down on the floor to watch it. Then we had to build an oil pipeline from wooden blocks, which was fun and a little bit interesting.

  1. Kaia- The Arctic lights must have been pretty. What kind of things did you see in the museum? We just had our last sports in schools lesson.

Jesse- Hi Felix, I wish I could go to all the amazing places you went to. What was the video about? A few weeks ago we had a cake stall, the day after the cakes were free! PS You're lucky!

  2. Hi Kaia, in the museum I saw traditional Saame dresses, they are the indigenous people of Lapland.
Hi Jesse, the video was all about the lights of the Arctic and how the animals live on the Arctic. What type of cakes were there?
